It’s designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises to lose fat and tone your body. 

Bootcamp Monday through Friday at 4pm and 6pm


HIIT & Nutrition $150

It’s designed to burn fat and build muscle through a short burst of high intensity exercises alternated with low intensity exercises. 

HIIT Monday through Friday at 5:00pm  


Virtual Training & Nutrition $100

It’s designed to lose fat and tone-up using cardio and strength training. 

Virtual training Monday through Friday 5:30am-10:00am
